I still think about the day we found your home. A lot can change since then: a birthday, an anniversary, a new addition to the family. I'd love to know, so I can celebrate with you instead of sending another market update. Think of this as my inner circle, not a newsletter.

If you know me from before, I've been on my own journey too, over 200 pounds down and still going. This year I got into running, training for my first half marathon, and I was chosen as an SF Golden Gate ambassador, race day is November 1.

Big year for my family too. My sister graduated from San Diego State after playing D1 water polo, my other sister started her nursing program, and my niece, my pride and joy, started second grade. My mom's an empty nester now and traveling more, so proud of her. We started a mother-son trip tradition two years ago and are picking our next destination, send recommendations!
